Cowbell Hall of Fame Update

We’ve had over a dozen people, including myself try and hit the cowbell in the cage. Well NO ONE has hit it yet. There have been a few close calls, but that’s all they were, close.

Mr. Elite gave it a few tries and found that hitting the cowbell is mega frustrating. Brian Killeen of PSTS must have tried hitting the bell at least 20 times and still couldn’t get it to ring. He even tried throwing balls at it and missed.

Just to give you an idea on which bats we’ve been using for this. In the cage we have the Combat Virus Plague, Combat Derby Boy’s and once in a while you’ll see the new Combat JM26 Wood bat (100% composite).

For the last week we’ve talked about the Combat Derby Boy’s Bat. We’ve sold a bunch of those and so far the verdict, “It’s Hot!” Super Star Pitcher, Robert Sena agrees that this bat is HOT and even provided his seal of approval.

Now that I think about it. This article is a bit boring, bland and bleh. Don’t get me wrong, Robert is cool and all, the Combat Derby Boy’s Bat is great, but it needs a “wow factor.” I’ve got it…..

We’ve been really excited about the new Combat Derby Boy’s Bat, and its with good reason! This bat is HOT and for $179.99, you can’t go wrong!

Not sure if you knew this. But we actually designed a jersey for the Combat Derby Boy’s. Coop and Johnny McCraw of Combat were in the office working with the highly acclaimed Elite Designers in creating the look that you see below. The jersey being modeled by Uncle Bill is the actual jersey that Johnny wore. What’s cool about it, once that design came out, the Bat was produced with the same style and theme of the shirt.
