Here it is…Charcoal on Charcoal….These landed in the US and as soon as they arrived at our warehouse, they were sold out within minutes. I’m not sure if we’ll come out with these again, so who ever owns one of these bags, consider it a collector’s item.

Not sure if y’all knew this, but I manage a mountain biking race team. I’m also on the roster as one of the racers. We decided to come up with a new set of jerseys for the next race series coming up in June. With the help of Leslie Trujillo, Design Savant for TAI Sports, she came up with what I think has to be the best design on earth!

Our team colors have always been predominantly black and white with a hint of yellow and some green. Since I already had our team logo established, it was Leslie’s job to create a layout in which would speak of badassness and mega-cool looks.

Here’s what she calls the “V-stripe” design with our team logo, and sponsors.

The V pattern is continued in the back with the rider’s nick name and the website for added exposure for the team.

We’ve got a bit of a Chevron action on the sleeves as well as the logo in a mono-tone against the black.

Happenings at El Monte

One of my favorite things to do is visit Elite Sports Apparel in El Monte Ca. I love going there because they always have something cool going on.

Take this for example. They’re making hundreds of these Combat/ Elite shirts.

Then there were some uniforms that were being made for Temple City.

Afterward, I walked over to the embroidery machine.

Since you the consumer wouldn’t be allowed to walk to the back and see where all the magic happens, you are treated to a very nice show room where you can check out their newest designs as well as some hot Elite products.
